when i ask why they use the mop, their reply was, it never touches the floor, I think this is treating the kids like animals, I’m I wrong to think this is just WRONG

I really like those modern tables that are higher and have the high chairs with them. I obviously would only want ones that have heavy sturdy chairs so they dont tip over though. but do any of you have this type of table and do your young children adjust well? Or do they keep falling off the chairs and you have to get a shorter kitchen table and chairs? NO TROLL COMMENTS NO RUDE COMMENTS

Answer by ColleenB we have a pub style high table and chairs as our set and my 20 month old gets up into his booster seat with no problem. I didn’t teach him this, he just climbed up all on his own, the chair legs have a ” railing” and makes it easy to climb. They are also very heavy, so he doesn’t tip it over.

I’m planning my baby shower for NOV 22 or the 8th, not sure yet . We want to know what is a good party company for us, we want to rent about 10 tables and seats for up to 100 guests, also a bouncer house for the kids. Does anyone know of a good company that will give us the best price. Most likely the party will be in homestead. Any suggestions will be appreciated ?

Answer by rainwriterm Check your local yellow pages for rental companies. We have some really good ones in our area, but they’re local, not national. Sometimes they will be general rental companies that rent out anything from tables/chairs to small machinery if you’re in a more rural area. Other times they will be party rental companies. One of my favorite here is Signature Party Rentals, but I think it’s a local company. Check your yellow pages to see what you can find.

We are buying a house and really want to get a counter height table for our dining area…but are concerned about our one year old falling off of the higher chairs when she is old enough to come out of the high chair and sit in the chair without a booster seat.
Does anyone have a tall table and chairs, and how do your kids do in them? Our daughter is very squirmy and I don’t think it is going to change any time soon!
We have a booster seat that she can grow into, I guess I am just wondering about how kids that are a little older do? Like when they are too big for the boosters?
