My sons received this table from their grandmother for Christmas. It was great, fit them perfectly, and was going to be used for “messy” art-painting, playdough, and gooze. After a somewhat rowdy adult New Year’s party, I found the table in pieces. After reviewing video tape footage of the party, I found out one grown man had found it fun to dance on top of the table. It collapsed, and it would never fit back together again. My sons only had it for a week, and although it’s affordable, that was a waste! So my advice is to watch the weight applied to any part of the table!

I purchased this table for my almost-2-year-old who loves to draw and play with Play-doh. I like the size because I don’t have space for anything much bigger. She was so excited when we went to the store to buy it because I had kind of talked it up. When we got there, they only had one left and when the guy brought it out, it wasn’t in a box and looked a little dirty and “banged up”. I questioned them about the packaging and was told they come this way to the store. I wasn’t going to get it, but my daughter was so excited about it, i didn’t want to disappoint her. We tried folding it flat so it would fit in the car and discovered one of the benches was attached backwards preventing it from folding. We turned it around and it folded just fine. When i got home i noticed that the bench that was previously on backwards is now loose because the notch got all bent up. Plus, the top is not an even surface. It’s a little warped, so crayons and markers roll to the edge or roll completely off the table.
Overall, I wish I had shopped around or ordered one online instead of taking the junky one they had at the store. They didn’t even offer me a discount!

My 30lb 18 month old son got this for Christmas and loved it — BUT — he is a climber, and the first thing he learned to do was to scoot it up against the kitchen counters and climb on top of the table. Since he figured that out, he’s tried to use it more as a ladder than a table. I used the bench seat once as a step ladder myself, only to completely collapse the table and to spring the latches enough to make it forever unstable….so now I have a nice table that I won’t let my son use anymore. Shopping around again!

I have had this table for 2 years and gave it away. I never did use he easy store feature that I thought was a great feature at the store. It seemed not so easy to convert so I never did. The table top on mine was not flat and was narrow. It had a slight slope up to the center and this was not kid friendly for cups with liquid in them. I guess it is semi-functional. (You can still sit and eat and draw, etc.) My daugther did use it for 2 yrs. But, after two years I was tired of the non-flat table top.
